"Here we go again"
Two nights ago Brenda, Hillary and I signed up to be run as the "Sole Sisters" once again for the Baltimore Marathon Team Relay Race. I can already tell that this is going to kick me into gear for training as a team because I've actually wanted to get up and go running the past few mornings. It's back to the drawing board as for as distance goes. Put one foot in front of the other is all I can advise myself to do!
I'll keep you posted.
Gotta Run,

Snowapaloosa
This has definitly been our winter for Snow. However this morning as I walked out of our front door I spotted my daffodil shoots popping out of the ground. Maybe just maybe Spring is around the corner. I'd take a photo of them however I droped my camera into the 2 feet of snow during our last storm and it's not corroperating with me any longer. Go figure?

Hold Please!
I've been waiting on the phone for over 25minutes for anyone to help me at the Doctors office. It's bad enough being ignored by my children at home but now even the Dr.'s office has followed suit. They've transferred me 10 times back and forth because no one wants to deal with me. All I need is Tylenol people! Tonislitis is no fun anytime of year.
Other than that our family's doing great. Grandma and Grandpa Russon just spent two weeks here with us. This year for Christmas they gave us their services as we've repainted almost our entire house. Yep, I now have a bright red Kitchen and I love it. Picture the old Americana look and that's my new place. Still have no furniture however that will come in time. A big thanks to Beth Jordan for the construction advice as well.

Bethany Beach 2009
We just returned home from a wonderful week at Bethany with Family and some dear friends. Cleo even came with us and had the time of her life playing fetch, catching the frisbee, and running to find large pine cones.
It was very relaxing and entertaining to watch Mallory and Emily play endlessly on the beach. They soaked up the sea and the sun, while being completely enchanted with their surroundings.
A great time was had by all of us. And to all you you dear friends we wish you a Happy 4th of July week!
